Return policy:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.
Buyer's remorse:
Printful only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.
Sizes exchanges:
Printful's return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. To be sure of your size, check the size guide available for every product.
Order was lost in transit:
All of Printful’s shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If your order still hasn't arrived after 4 weeks after the estimasted delivery date, please submit a problem report.
Printful usually covers the costs of reprinting and shipping replacement orders.
Printful does not cover refunds due to carrier errors.
